toddler screaming all day ?

My son screams all day everyday he when he mad it get worse and he hits his head, he fights people its like he is so angry I don't know if its cause he not talkin or what he's just 2 can someone please give me an answer I really need help my 1st child and 1st time dealing with autism. Thank u
